Tri-Motor Heritage Foundation & Museum
Preserving the past for future generations.

The Tri-Motor Heritage Foundation is a non-profit
organization dedicated to perpetuating America's
aviation history by building, preserving and maintaining
a 1929 Ford Tri-Motor aircraft.

A brand new Tri-Motor Museum, located on the SE corner of the Erie-Ottawa Regional Airport, is currently under construction and will be open to the public in summer of 2012. Once open, tours will be available to observe the airplane's restoration process and learn more about the significant role Ford Tri-Motors had both locally and in the development of early commercial aviation.

The Tri-Motor Heritage Foundation & Museum will continue to grow and enhance its collection of artifacts to showcase Ford Tri-Motor 5-AT #40, eventually offering sightseeing flights once the airplane is completed.
